The acquisition, management, operation, editing, enhancement, holding, leasing, lending and sale, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, of movable assets, in particular works of art and related rights; the execution of mandates for advice and expertise; the writing, editing and publication of works; the acquisition, management and sale of real estate; the organization and implementation of exhibitions, courses, trips and residences; and more generally, any activity related to the promotion of culture. In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, it being specified that any real estate assets will be used exclusively for commercial purposes) and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar purpose or other purposes and create branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant loans or guarantees to its associates, subsidiaries or branches or to third parties, if this promotes its interests.
