The foundation aims to provide for the employees of the companies under the umbrella of Ammann Group Holding AG and those economically or financially connected or otherwise affiliated with these companies, as well as their dependents and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability. The foundation also explicitly aims to provide benefits and support in or to prevent situations of need, such as illness, accident, disability, or unemployment (in the latter case including employment and training programs or support for education and further training, etc.).
