To safeguard, enhance, and transmit the oral, musical, and narrative heritage of the Canton of Ticino, with particular attention to popular legends, traditional stories, and the collective memory of the Ticinese valleys. To promote Ticinese popular culture through music, singing, storytelling, theater, cinema, radio, television, and new forms of multimedia communication. To support and produce artistic and cultural projects inspired by Ticinese legends, including: musical and discographic productions; concerts, live shows, and performances; documentaries, films, podcasts, and radio or television broadcasts; editorial, educational, and informative publications. To encourage historical and ethnographic research, also in collaboration with archives, libraries, universities, museums, and public and private cultural institutions, in Switzerland and abroad. To transmit cultural heritage to new generations through educational activities, workshops, school meetings, intergenerational projects, and cultural mediation initiatives. To create bridges between tradition and contemporaneity, encouraging current artistic reinterpretations of Ticinese legends and dialogue with other Alpine and Mediterranean cultures.
