The company's purpose is to operate public establishments, such as cafes, bars, and restaurants; to operate a catering service; to market food and non-food products; and to market ideas or projects related to the aforementioned fields. The company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also carry out all financial, fiduciary, commercial, or industrial transactions, including those related to movable and immovable property, in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
