The company's purpose is: a) to operate a trade in Belgian beers and other beverages as well as all food products; b) all mobile, real estate, financial (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Money Laundering (LBA)) and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose and likely to promote its social interests; c) to take participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; d) to grant loans or advances to its associates or third parties, to guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, to secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage bonds or other securities, as well as to subscribe to any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
