The company's purpose is the acquisition, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, sale, construction, renovation, operation and development in general of all or part of real estate, built or unbuilt; the operation of a general construction company; brokerage and piloting of any real estate project as well as assistance and advice in financial, urban planning, architectural and construction matters.
