The company also aims to advise on and trade in works of art, promote artistic creation, and facilitate art mediation. It can, in particular, but not exclusively, operate a gallery, produce and sell artworks and music pieces, trade in art, organize and conduct exhibitions, workshops, readings, seminars, auctions, and other events (also online), facilitate access to art by promoting affordable artworks, and offer consulting services and certifications for art objects and/or private or public institutions. The company also aims to provide comprehensive mediation, consulting, and support to football players and coaches in a national and international context. The company can perform all activities that serve to promote and develop its clients. The company can conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose or suitable for promoting it. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and/or abroad, acquire, hold, encumber, and sell real estate or intellectual property rights in Switzerland and/or abroad, and conduct all commercial, financial, or other business that is directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company can sublet its premises or rent them out to third parties as event spaces, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and the like.
