The association's objectives are: a) To foster synergies and economic and financial exchanges between China, Switzerland and neighboring European countries through educational, promotional, cooperative and specialized advisory initiatives. b) To establish an adequate network of academics, professors, researchers, industry experts, financial and public institutions interested in exchanges and knowledge of the economy and finance in China and Asia. c) To provide customized training in finance, management and economics for Chinese companies interested in Switzerland and Europe or wishing to develop their expertise, as well as for Swiss companies wishing to expand into China. d) To encourage and conduct research to identify trends and best practices by analyzing economic cooperation between China, Switzerland and other European economies. e) To connect research to practice by establishing an interdisciplinary research environment to help Swiss and Chinese academics and practitioners develop joint projects and case studies. f) To contribute to the training and encouragement of association members by providing them with know-how, skills and a network in China and Switzerland, in line with their missions and talents. g) To promote public and private initiatives that can contribute to the achievement of the association's objectives.
