The company may also invest the proceeds of its activities, notably by investing in listed shares, indices and bonds and by taking participations in companies, it being specified that the company may hold a participation in a real estate company in Switzerland if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if (ii) the real estate company has the purpose of acquiring buildings for exclusively commercial use. Furthermore, it may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its development and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
