To promote the development of cinemas that have joined the association; to defend their common interests; to coordinate work in the field of film projections; to carry out activities in the field of programming as contemplated in the preceding points; to promote the programming of films that are valid from a cultural, artistic, moral, and educational point of view, in particular through the programming of film forums; to promote education for the understanding and evaluation of films themselves; to take care of the critical presentation of films shown in the Canton of Ticino through the press.
