The company's purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: a. to acquire participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, in companies, organizations or institutions specializing in the trade of watches, jewelry and jewelry, as well as all articles or accessories related to watchmaking, jewelry and jewelry; b. to acquire financial participations in any form in Swiss or foreign companies. Furthermore, within the limits of the aforementioned law, it may: carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, movable, real estate and financial transactions, directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned objects, in any form; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated entities or third parties.
