The company qualifies as an asset manager within the meaning of the FINIG and aims to provide asset consulting, asset management and investment advisory services, the development of financial products as well as the provision of supporting services in the field of general financial and asset consulting. Activities that require a license as a bank, securities firm or collective investment scheme manager are explicitly excluded. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of, mediate and manage real estate both domestically and abroad, establish branches both domestically and abroad, acquire participations in domestic and foreign companies, found subsidiaries both domestically and abroad as well as enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company directly or indirectly.
