The association is non-profit, but its purpose is to support and promote cultural commitment in the fields of education and research through: the activity of organizing, promoting and disseminating every form of didactic and scientific experience, both on-site and at a distance, with public and private entities and institutions both in Switzerland and abroad, in accordance with the indications of public and private entities and institutions in partnership and/or in convention. To this end, the Association will organize and promote individual training courses, including qualification and professional updating courses, also through e-learning methods, on its own and on behalf of public and private institutions located in territories with prevalent use of the Italian and/or French language; these institutions will directly organize the courses and provide for the issuance of any certifications and/or degrees recognized by the territorially competent Ministry. Always in this context, the Association may establish relationships with public entities, with supranational representative bodies, with private companies both Swiss and foreign, through agreements, protocols of understanding, contracts and conventions aimed at developing training, study and research activities, both in Switzerland and abroad, also participating in other associations and/or entities with similar purposes. The Association may carry out other activities to strengthen its position and competence and to fulfill its social purpose or to guarantee its financial needs. The Association may establish other offices, branches and representative offices in Switzerland or abroad; it may also participate in and/or collaborate with initiatives of a consortial nature both in Switzerland and abroad.
