Association du Four de Secours

to operate a backup oven; to rent the necessary premises for the operation of an oven and the storage of goods; to enable members of the Association of Master Bakers-Pastry Makers of the canton of Fribourg and, more particularly, those of the Gruyère district to receive the bread they need under certain conditions; to manage the building, which is the property of the association. The association may, on decision of its general assembly, take on additional tasks.
