The association's purpose is to operate and manage the Ecole & Cognition Genève - Roland Hifler (hereinafter referred to as "the School") and to carry out its educational activities in the best possible conditions, with the following objectives: to provide personalized support based on the cognitive education model to children/adolescents with learning difficulties and/or developmental disorders. Personalized support is provided in conjunction with school learning. Specific work is done on cognitive processes, emotional and behavioral regulation, communication, social and relational skills, with a view to adaptation, autonomy, and integration; to listen to parents, support the family in order to establish a partnership; to be a dynamic and collaborative actor within the network of institutions and professionals, both public and private; to participate in practical and theoretical training with the actors of the network of institutions and professionals, both public and private; to implement the psychopedagogical method developed by Roland Hifler (hereinafter referred to as "the Method") in the context of the learning provided to students. The association ensures that the necessary structures are in place to meet the organizational and management needs of the School, so that the stated objectives can be achieved. The association ensures, in particular, the installation of suitable school premises. The association guarantees the legal and financial autonomy of the School to achieve its purpose. The association complies with the provisions of the Private Education Act of June 11, 1986, and its implementing regulations of June 11, 1986. The association is non-profit. The association may undertake any lawful activity to achieve its purpose.
