In the general interest, to: Support and empower young change-makers by providing them with the necessary advice and guidance to achieve significant goals, refine their skills, and contribute productively to the development of their societies; Provide a platform to connect generations for sustainable development by pairing experienced professionals in mid or late career (combining wisdom, experience, and know-how) to serve as mentors, trainers, and developers of people with young change-makers in low- or middle-income countries; Ensure mentoring and capacity building to enable young professionals to access opportunities for productivity and constructive development; Create a powerful synergy that will drive positive change through entrepreneurship and job creation, contributing to a more sustainable future for low- or middle-income countries. The Association is a non-profit organization with tax-exempt status under cantonal and federal tax law. It is neutral from both a political and ideological perspective.
