Association MGA

The Association's primary purpose is to promote the guitar in Switzerland in all its forms, whether as an instrument, artistic practice, craftsmanship, cultural vector, or teaching. It pursues, among others, the following objectives: - Promoting innovation and craftsmanship of artisans, notably through the organization and production of the event called Montreux International Guitar Show, including a luthier exhibition; - Promoting the practice of the guitar among amateur or advanced guitarists through the organization and production of the MIGS Academy, namely immersive workshops with renowned artists; - Supporting the development of projects related to the guitar, independently or through partnerships with other associations or events; - Organizing and setting up cultural, educational, or sporting events.
