The defense and development of social integration of individuals and groups living with physical and mental disabilities, and/or individuals with difficulties in social adaptation; assistance to individuals forced to flee war or other forms of persecution; promoting the implementation of projects and promotional and community development actions necessary for the flourishing, individual autonomy, and well-being of individuals living with physical, mental, and/or psychological disabilities, and/or individuals with difficulties in social adaptation; meeting the demands for help and responding to the needs of individuals who, due to a disability or psychological or psychiatric difficulties, are often confronted with a deterioration of their living conditions, and/or are excluded from social life; defending the rights of all individuals by establishing mechanisms for adaptation, valorization of social roles, and community integration, in the face of phenomena of social segregation; collaborating with any public or private institution to achieve its primary purpose; raising awareness in the community and mobilizing its resources to make them accessible to all and complementary to those of existing services and institutions.
