The purpose of the Association is of public utility. It consists of strengthening access to healthcare in countries with limited resources; working in collaboration with local partners; providing professional expertise exchanges through training; promoting access to diagnostic methods and surgical care to local authorities and development programs; contributing to the improvement of local equipment and infrastructure. The Association may provide its members or third parties with all kinds of services within the framework of the implementation of its purpose. The Association is open to any extension and may link up with other organizations having similar objectives, provided that the initial spirit is preserved. The Association may also conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The Association is non-profit.
