The non-profit purpose, essentially philanthropic, excluding any profit-making purpose, particularly in the fields of health and education open to all, is, in respect of the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church: the operation, directly or through affiliated entities, of clinics or health institutions, in Switzerland and abroad; the establishment of institutions, in Switzerland and abroad, which the Association considers useful for the accomplishment of its work; the holding of shares or membership rights of legal entities or other institutions, in Switzerland and abroad, which the Association considers useful for the accomplishment of its work; the holding, directly or through affiliated entities, in particular of shares or membership rights of the operating or holding entity of the Clinique de la Lignière in Gland; the support of any activity of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the field of education, publishing, and secretariat.
