Under the auspices of the Protestant parish of Saint-Gervais in Geneva, to promote in developing countries, particularly in Algeria, primarily in Philippeville: a) training of technical personnel; b) creation of schools, training workshops and other facilities for the training of specialists; c) awarding of scholarships to trainees; d) provision of school, technical and other materials; e) all other assistance deemed useful to improve the cultural and intellectual level of the personnel and their standard of living.
