The Association carries out its activities in the artistic field of performing arts, contemporary music and new media. The association's purpose is to organize shows, in particular an annual Rock Oz'Arènes music festival in Avenches or elsewhere. The Association is responsible for the visual identity, image rights and content of the Rock Oz'Arènes Festival activities deployed from 1992 to 2022 in the Avenches Arena. As the founder of the Rock Oz'Arènes Foundation in 2007, the Rock Oz'Arènes Association aims to guarantee the positive brand image of the Rock Oz'Arènes Festival in all new activities and will do everything in its power to support the return of the Rock Oz'Arènes Festival to the Avenches Arena as soon as the site reopens. In this capacity, the Association encourages the promotion and dissemination in Switzerland and abroad of musical creation by providing support for the development and promotion of artists in close and synergistic relationship with new media. More generally, the Association maintains close contact in Switzerland and abroad with cultural actors, private companies and authorities, fully contributing to the radiance of local culture and artists.
