To advise, assist, represent, protect, defend and/or provide all analogous services to all natural or legal persons in their capacity as shareholders, partners or any other form of participation in a capital company in Switzerland or abroad. To assign to itself all claims under any title and conditions arising from any liability, notably contractual, due to unlawful acts, unjust enrichment, culpa in contrahendo against, in particular, any bank, financial institution, asset manager and/or property manager, legal or natural person. To act before all courts in Switzerland or abroad, arbitrators or other institutions on behalf of ASDA and/or a member or several and/or assignors or others, natural or legal persons. ASDA will notably use all legal means at its disposal to fully achieve its purpose.
