Typographe.ch aims to play an active role in preserving, promoting, and innovating in the field of typographic printing, while adopting a responsible approach to reducing the ecological footprint of creative, artistic, and sustainable printing. More specifically, the objectives of Typographe.ch are as follows: 1- Participation in the conservation of know-how: Preserving and transmitting the know-how of typographic printers who practiced in the pre-digital era. 2- Development of hybrid and creative techniques: Exploring and developing innovative typographic printing techniques by combining contemporary technologies with historic typographic presses, particularly those of the Heidelberg platen type. Each print, meticulously elaborated (choice of papers, application of colors, reliefs in the paper, etc.), aspires to represent a unique and contemporary artistic vision. 3- Minimization of environmental impact: Reducing the ecological footprint by prioritizing the most decarbonized alternatives possible. Aware of the environmental impact of our activities, we commit to producing sustainable prints on locally produced recycled papers whenever possible, and to using and reusing resources judiciously in order to reduce waste and unnecessary purchases. 4- Support for complementary initiatives: Contributing to all actions or enterprises complementary to the association's purpose, provided they do not affect the non-profit nature of the association.
