The promotion and enhancement of theatre and other artistic, cultural and social expressions; in particular through the programming of theatrical performances, concerts, conferences, courses for children and adults and similar events. The association does not pursue any profit-making purpose other than covering costs and reinvesting profits in the activities of the Sala del Gatto with various forms of support, in particular financial. Means: Contributions from members, grants and donations, profits from events, income from advertising, and income from the social assets. Organisation: The general assembly, the board of directors consisting of 5 to 9 members, and the audit committee.
