The association aims to promote bilateral commercial relations between economic operators in Switzerland, on the one hand, and the United Arab Emirates. The representation of the commercial and economic interests of its members in their international relations between the two states. To promote, jointly with the competent authorities, departments and reference organizations, commercial, banking, industrial activities including exports as well as reciprocal investments in the industrial and real estate sectors. It can also assist its members and third parties in the development of bilateral and reciprocal entrepreneurial and commercial activities in the two territories, favoring joint venture and partnership initiatives between the two countries in the cultural, training and educational sectors, research and innovation: energy, science, culture and art. The Association promotes the dissemination of useful information to facilitate knowledge of the possibilities in the two territories through the coordination of members and offering them assistance on the legal, administrative systems of the two countries through legal, institutional and administrative assistance as well as linguistic and cultural assistance through: dossiers on regulations (company law, licenses, accounting and immigration), lists of professional service providers (lawyers, accountants, freight forwarders, banks and financial services, real estate agents) of economic and commercial data and interpreters. The Association develops the connection and collaboration with the Swiss and United Arab Emirates institutional system through the structuring of a chamber network, with business associations, consortia and any other interested party, whether public or private, also through the realization of common projects and initiatives. In general, it intervenes in everything that can favor economic, commercial and cultural exchange between the two countries, such as mediating any disputes between the parties in relation to bilateral exchanges, organizing events, publications, symposia and other activities aimed at favoring commercial and economic exchange between the two countries. The Association does not pursue a profit purpose, however, in order to achieve the social purpose, it can carry out financial operations. The association can collaborate or participate in public or private entities with a similar purpose.
