The general promotion of real estate property of families and individuals, in particular the first home; the study and market research of real estate property of families and individuals, the possibility of financing for accessing the purchase of the first home by individuals and families, of the real estate market in general, the study of forms of savings on construction, purchase and maintenance of real estate. To achieve this ideal purpose, the association may carry out activities in commercial and entrepreneurial form, in addition to any collateral activity of any kind aimed at fundraising and increasing the association's assets. Means: Annual contributions from members, income from commercial and entrepreneurial activities promoted by the association.
