Associazione e-Health Ticino

Supporting affiliated service providers in the development of the electronic patient record in accordance with the Federal Act on the Electronic Patient Record (hereinafter: LCIP). To this end, it promotes and creates a single organizational unit of healthcare professionals and institutions at the cantonal level (Reference Community in accordance with Art. 2 lit. e LCIP), and facilitates their collaboration. The association also promotes the necessary technical, administrative, legal, and social marketing measures for the creation and development of suitable eHealth tools to implement the national strategy (eHealth Switzerland). It serves as a cantonal eHealth competence center. The association represents its members externally in accordance with the purposes of the association.
