The Association pursues the following goals: to support and disseminate the culture of law and the protection of human and civil rights in all its forms; to help individuals who consider themselves victims of judicial errors in understanding the regulatory and procedural mechanisms related to the judicial cases that concern them; to participate with cultural contributions to the life of the community by offering cultural services to the entire community, in favor of a dialogue with institutions that can create a fertile ground for encounters and ideas; to contribute to the cultural and civic development of citizens and to the increasingly wider dissemination of democracy and solidarity in human relations, as well as to the practice and defense of civil, individual and collective freedoms; to organize events, workshops, conferences, training courses, press meetings, and conventions aimed at achieving the social purpose; to advance proposals to public entities to promote and disseminate the aforementioned activities; to organize educational activities for members aimed at researching and deepening the themes related to the institutional activities promoted. To achieve its goals, the Association intends to promote various activities, in particular: to hold conferences, debates, seminars, film and documentary screenings, concerts, and lessons; to carry out awareness-raising and information activities towards the public through editorial activities, periodicals, conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, events, sponsorships, and through every useful form of communication; to perform necessary operations that allow the realization and promotion of the Association's purpose, maintaining and formalizing relationships with individuals, legal entities, public and private entities, other associations, foundations, public and private institutions as needed. The Association may use external collaborators such as lawyers, technical consultants of various kinds, journalists, or other specialized individuals depending on the needs of the Association's activities.
