The association identifies and recognizes in the Trust an expression of individuality, self-responsibility, self-determination and social and economic freedom of man, and as such, "The Trust", without any profit-making purpose, aims to promote its knowledge. To this end, the association proposes, mainly but not exclusively, to: represent the interests of the professional universe in the field of the Trust institution and its application to civil law in the Italian language; create and support the work of a permanent center for doctrinal elaboration aimed at favoring a better understanding of normative systems and greater bureaucratic efficiency, also assisting the legislator in the elaboration of its own dictates; facilitate the meeting and comparison between professionals from different sectors, creating synergies capable of providing solutions to common interest issues; organize training events aimed at disseminating knowledge of the Trust and related institutions in the spirit stated in this article. In order to pursue the aforementioned purposes, the association will equip itself with all the tools it deems appropriate, such as, by way of example but not exhaustively, websites, magazines and its own texts. The association is an open, autonomous and non-denominational entity; any trade union purpose is excluded. The association declares itself respectful of pluralism and does not impose any discrimination on its members based on religious, ethnic, cultural, racial, gender or national affiliation.
