The Association promotes and encourages every form of cultural exchange and educational and scientific experiences with public or private entities and institutions. Interstudi Europei Association promotes and develops teaching and scientific research in accordance with the indications of public institutions, partners and/or affiliated institutions. To this end, Interstudi Europei Association: will organize educational and scientific activities, professional qualification courses on behalf of its members, who will be directly responsible for their implementation and the issuance of any certificates and academic titles; will activate forms of collaboration with public or private institutions, national and international centers and consortia; in respect of its autonomy and within the scope of its public, educational and research purposes, may: develop service activities in the field of education and training to contribute to the realization of the European education space; establish relationships with public and private entities through agreements, memoranda of understanding, contracts and conventions; promote the establishment of study courses; establish its own poles in different national and international locations and participate in consortia. To achieve its purposes, Interstudi Europei Association may: use the collaboration of teachers, technical experts and researchers, both Swiss and foreign, and the skills of its members, affiliated institutions and third parties; make agreements and conclude contracts and conventions with public and private entities, with supranational representative bodies, with study and research companies and organizations, both Swiss and foreign, with foreign and national public and private companies; participate as a member in other associations and/or entities with similar purposes, both in Switzerland and abroad. The Board of Directors may establish secondary offices, branches and offices in Switzerland or abroad.
