The Association is non-political and non-denominational. The Association aims to promote the participation of its members in the life of the local, provincial, and regional community to implement: a) The promotion of culture, its expressive forms, and creativity, as well as the organization of exhibitions, fairs, congresses, conferences, seminars, meetings, and artistic events. b) The promotion of citizenship, participation, inclusion, and social cohesion, democracy, and rights, particularly for children and young generations. c) The promotion of volunteering and social promotion to achieve its purposes and with the intention of operating for the realization of collective interests. The Association intends to: 1) Promote and organize cultural events such as conferences, fairs, exhibitions, seminars, parties, performances, concerts, shows (musical, theatrical, cinematic, visual arts), castings, competitions, recreational and sports activities, aggregation initiatives, animation, and socialization. 2) Promote, organize, and provide training and consulting activities, even for non-members, such as theoretical and practical refresher courses, artistic and cultural workshops, even of an educational nature, in Schools of all levels. 3) Carry out initiatives in the fields of Entertainment, Education, and Culture in all its expressions. 4) Hire, collaborate with, and/or engage artists, experts, or other specialized personnel external to the Association to achieve statutory objectives. 5) Design, produce, and disseminate multimedia materials and programs in general related to the social purpose. 6) Produce, participate in, and promote all editorial activities referable to the social purpose, such as the publication of newspapers, newsletters, conference and seminar proceedings, teaching materials; managing and curating the creation of websites, the production of phonographic, computer, and audiovisual materials. 7) Develop the use of telematic networks and mass communication tools, such as newsgroups, mailing lists, social forums, publications. Organize and manage structures that host and promote cultural delivery and training activities, artistic and recreational animation. The Association also reserves the right to provide some support and service activities to members, even regarding catering and food and beverage services, in order to create an organized and welcoming space dedicated to free meeting and promote opportunities for interpersonal confrontation. 8) Access public or private funding, providing all the guarantees that will be requested, in order to achieve the social purposes; Adhere to, design, and implement any initiative aimed at achieving the purposes of the Association. 9) Carry out commercial activities for self-financing: in this case, it must observe the current administrative and tax regulations. - Organize courses and workshops, events and/or artistic, cultural, and musical events - Organize conferences, seminars, and meetings for the study and in-depth analysis of cultural, artistic, and musical themes; - Organize concerts, reviews, and exhibitions - Carry out editorial activities through the publication and distribution of magazines, bulletins, CDs, DVDs, and any other tool suitable for the promotion and dissemination of culture and art. 10) Collaborate with other Associations and bodies for the promotion and dissemination of culture, music, art, events, and volunteering - Collaborate with other Entities, public and private, interested in various capacities in the purposes of this statute. 11) For the performance of the aforementioned activities, the Association may avail itself of both paid and unpaid services. For the performance of the aforementioned activities, the Association mainly relies on the activity provided in a voluntary, free, and unpaid manner by its members. 12) For events related to institutional purposes, the Association may avail itself of activities provided in a voluntary, free, and unpaid manner by non-member persons; it may also avail itself, in case of particular necessity, of autonomous or dependent work services, even resorting to its members.
