The Association, which is non-profit and carries out actions of public interest and utility, aims to combat the social scourge of unemployment and the resulting risks of financial precariousness and marginalization of the weakest segments of the population, improving social conditions and reintegration opportunities for people who are unemployed or have lost their jobs. To achieve this, the Association sets out to: a) promote collaboration between Switzerland, cross-border countries, the European Union, and the United Nations through active labor mobility policies targeting vulnerable groups, the unemployed, the underemployed, or individuals at risk of expulsion from the labor market; b) design and implement, directly or in conjunction with specialized structures, placement paths for vulnerable groups, the unemployed, the underemployed, or individuals at risk of expulsion from the labor market; c) organize targeted and specific professional training courses if functional to the qualification or requalification for the placement of vulnerable groups, the unemployed, the underemployed, or individuals at risk of expulsion from the labor market.
