The association is non-profit and pursues, at national and international level, the protection and defense of animals, particularly domestic ones, from abuse and abandonment, and social solidarity in the relationship between humans and animals. In order to limit the phenomenon of stray animals, it will carry out activities of information, awareness, promotion and funding of the sterilization of dogs and cats present in the national and international territory. The association may carry out its activities both directly and through cooperation agreements with other entities or associations, both in Switzerland and abroad. The association, in the exercise of its activities, may, if deemed appropriate to its interests in view of the pursuit of statutory purposes, freely join other associations, enter into agreements with organizations and entities, finance external activities or projects, request or obtain contributions from private and public entities and request financing or loans. The association Mission Dog Onlus is therefore born with the aim of abolishing every form of violence and exploitation on animals and every form of discrimination towards them. For the achievement of such purposes, the association may carry out all the activities connected or ancillary to those statutory, insofar as they are instrumental to the same, provided that they are not incompatible with its nature as an association and carried out within the limits allowed by law. The association may enter into any act or contract deemed appropriate and useful for the achievement of the statutory purposes, including, without limitation, the assumption of loans, mortgages, short or long term, the purchase or lease of movable or immovable property. Furthermore, the association may carry out any operation instrumental to the pursuit of the institutional purpose, including those of an economic-financial nature, provided that the same do not assume a prevailing character with respect to the main activity.
