ASDS aims to: represent its members at regional, national, and institutional levels, protect their title and professional dignity, promote their technical and cultural development, monitor their conduct, and implement initiatives to encourage their professional and educational improvement; establish professional training and updating courses and formulate rules of conduct among members with respect for fair behavior; promote studies of specific legislation for members; keep members informed about legislative, regulatory, and rule developments related to their sectors; organize professional, amateur, social, and non-profit sporting events. To these ends, ASDS may manage sports facilities, organize events, and undertake any other initiatives useful for promoting the technical and cultural development of the role of Sports Director, as well as sports management at all levels of the following disciplines, both male and female: Professional and amateur football, Futsal. ASDS is also characterized by the democratic nature of its structure, the electability of its associative positions, the services provided by its members, and the mandatory nature of its budget. These elements ensure the proper functioning of the structures and qualify and specialize its activities. ASDS unconditionally accepts to comply with the rules and directives, as well as the statutes and regulations of ASF, UEFA, and FIFA, and commits to accepting any disciplinary measures that the competent authorities may adopt against it, as well as the decisions that higher authorities may take in all disputes of a technical and disciplinary nature related to sports activities.
