To promote and disseminate the culture of Collaborative Practice as an alternative conflict resolution process in all areas of law, with particular regard to conflicts in the family, inheritance, commercial and contractual fields; to organize the in-depth study of Collaborative Practice also through working groups, established on a local basis according to territorial needs, among professionals who use this method of conflict resolution, with the aim of exchanging experiences and elaborating shared practices; to organize national and international meetings, seminars, study days, conferences, conventions, and any other form of communication, including electronic, for the dissemination of Collaborative Practice, prevention and conflict resolution; to organize training courses in Collaborative Practice and specialized updating in the field; to participate in other similar legal associations or institutions in Switzerland and abroad with similar purposes.
