The purpose of the association, which is non-profit, is to safeguard, conserve, care for, and promote the knowledge of works by artists, particularly the sculptor Giuliano Vangi and the territory. The association may carry out other artistic and cultural activities open to the public, such as organizing events, concerts, and exhibitions organized both directly by the association and in collaboration with private or public entities, both Swiss and foreign. The association may encourage the exchange of knowledge and experiences between museum and cultural institutions, both Swiss and foreign. The association may establish relationships with collectors, enthusiasts, sponsors, and patrons. The association may also organize, as a secondary activity, directly or indirectly, seminars and events in the economic, scientific, technical, cultural, and social fields and may carry out any activity necessary or useful for achieving the social purpose.
