The Company's purpose, in Switzerland and/or abroad, is: the creation, development, and marketing of software and computer platforms, particularly in the field of providing technical services related to digital assets; the provision of all services in the fields of computer science (particularly software and computer programs) and information security, as well as all engineering, manufacturing, and development activities of products, software, processes, and goods related to the relevant fields and their marketing; and all other activities directly or indirectly related to these purposes, particularly all activities related to technological fields in the industry and services sectors. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may hold interests (in any form) in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the proviso that with regard to interests in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of all types of interests in all types of commercial, financial, and industrial enterprises, with the exception of interests in real estate companies based in Switzerland, which must be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The Company may hold all types of intellectual property rights, as well as grant licenses on these rights. The Company may grant loans or any other form of financing to companies in the same group or to third parties, as well as provide securities of all kinds, directly or indirectly for the benefit of companies in the same group or third parties, particularly in the form of guarantees, pledges, or securities on the Company's assets. The Company may appoint representatives and provide consulting services for companies in the same group or third parties, as well as charge for the related services. It may also provide management mandates to third-party companies.
