To this end, the company may carry out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial operations, in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
