The company's purpose is to operate an architectural office, execute all mandates in the fields of technical architectural design and construction, as well as develop all real estate projects. In this context, the company also pursues any activity related to the mandate of general and/or total contractor in the construction sector, the management of all real estate matters, the purchase, sale, transformation, and renovation of all real estate properties, on behalf of third parties or its own account, as well as all operations related to this field of activity, property management and brokerage, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial or securities transactions; take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. The company may have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
