The company's purpose is to operate an architectural office, as well as all activities and services in the fields of architecture, urban planning, design, graphics, scenography, visual arts, and real estate, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also: Carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose; Establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; Participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad that have a direct or indirect connection to its purpose; Grant loans to its associates or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing mortgage bonds or subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge these assets to secure any claim.
