(i) any activity related to the conservation and restoration of heritage objects from museum or private collections, (ii) any operation related to, but not limited to, the acquisition, holding, management, promotion (advertising, etc.), marketing in any form, export and/or import of art objects or artistic and artisanal productions, as well as (iii) the provision of all related goods and/or services to third parties. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches and/or subsidiaries, take an interest in and, more generally, participate in all companies and entities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; engage in any financial, commercial, movable or immovable activity (excluding operations subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular deposit, acquire, manage, exploit and sell intellectual property rights; and grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its associates, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
