The operation of art galleries, the purchase, sale and trading of art objects, the organization of exhibitions and events related to art objects, as well as all activities related thereto. The Company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, with regard to real estate transactions in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, with regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, associates or third parties.
