The company's purpose is: a) the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, operation and development in general of all or part of real estate, built or unbuilt; b) real estate brokerage and project management as well as financial, urban planning, architectural and construction consulting; c) all activities in the field of construction as a general contractor, general contractor or total contractor; d) the purchase, sale, import, export, transformation and marketing in general of all products related to materials and construction; e) all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Money Laundering (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; f) the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) the granting of loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
