The company's purpose is: a) the acquisition, sale, administration and management of participations in all commercial, financial, real estate, industrial enterprises, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as all operations and conclusion of all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its activities; b) the holding of patents as well as all related operations, in any form; c) the purchase, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, sale, construction, renovation, operation and development in general of all or part of real estate, built or unbuilt; d) brokerage and management of all real estate projects as well as assistance and advice in financial, urban planning, architectural and construction matters; e) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, transformation, production and marketing in general of all products, of any material, related to construction, decoration and interior and exterior design; f) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and suitable for promoting its social interests; g) the creation of branches or subsidiaries; h) participation, acquisition or merger with other companies pursuing identical or similar purposes; i) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
