The association aims to: a) promote social cohesion and cultural interaction within the Dominican diaspora in Switzerland; b) establish and maintain social contacts (particularly through mutual aid, exchange of experiences and support for newcomers); c) promote club life through regular meetings and joint activities; d) strengthen intergenerational communication and dialogue between age groups; e) promote the Spanish language as well as cultural and, if applicable, scientific exchange between the Dominican Republic and Switzerland; f) promote tolerance, mutual respect and intercultural understanding; g) support the integration of Dominicans in Switzerland; h) act politically and denominationally neutrally as well as non-profit.
