The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create similar or related companies, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, and conclude all transactions and contracts that are intended to promote the purpose of the company or have a direct or indirect connection with it.
