The purpose of the company is investment and financial consulting as well as asset management. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in similar or related companies, acquire or establish such companies, manage participations, advise participation companies, buy, rent and sell real estate, acquire and exploit intellectual property rights and know-how, provide other services in asset and economic matters, and conduct all business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may change its purpose at any time by resolution of the general meeting, which requires at least two-thirds of the represented votes and the absolute majority of the represented nominal values of the shares, subject to a corresponding amendment to the articles of association.
