The purpose of the company is: the operation and management of all public establishments, in particular bars, cafes, restaurants, dance halls, discos, bars and hotels; the import and export of food and non-food products; as an accessory, the execution of all commercial and financial operations, whether movable or immovable, in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to shareholders or third parties.
