The company's purpose, as a holding, is to buy, sell, administer, hold and manage interests in the financial, commercial, industrial and real estate sectors in Switzerland and abroad in any form, as well as any task related to the purpose directly or indirectly, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Regarding interests in real estate companies in Switzerland, these will be carried out with an exclusively commercial allocation. In general, the company can carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, take interests in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this favors its interests with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
